ENTRY 4: INSTRUCTIONAL COURSEWARE DESIGN

Hi, guys! I'm back with a new entry. Today, I would like to share about INSTRUCTIONAL COURSEWARE DESIGN. Basically, ICD is about how we construct and creating a lesson and materials for the students based on its skills and knowledge. ICD is a  courseware design that based on the mixes of Behaviourist and Constructivist theory. As you already know, ICD always came out in the form of CD that attached to some of the workbooks and textbooks that used by students nowadays. It sometimes acts as supplementary or additional information for the students when they are lack of information about certain things. Creating materials for a lesson should always consist of the needs of the learner, the objectives that students need to achieve, learning outcomes and so on. It also can be used in CALL where it created a computer software for learning also it can be designed to use the courseware inside and outside of the lesson.

The outcomes of this instructional coursework design are to enable the learners to achieve something at the end of the learning experience by achieving the aim and the objectives that have been stated by the teachers and instructors. So, it is a good software especially for educators to create a very interesting and entertaining lesson using Instructional Courseware Design in order to make students able to focus and attracted to learn more about a lesson.

ENTRY 3: CMC

Welcome to my blog again! Nice to meet you. Today, as usual I would like to share some of my thoughts on today's new topic which is CMC. At first, I don't know what is CMC. But it turns out to be something that we have known for a very long..... long..... time and we actually use it until today. Yes!!! It is the social media that we know like whats app, blog, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and many more.  CMC or in other words as Computer Mediated Communication is a type of communication that enables 2 or more people to interact with each other via separate computers through network connection. It is actually more like using social media as we use it nowadays to communicate with people around the world. CMC actually can be used in education by using the social media to have a long distance learning and teaching. It also can be used as a platform for group discussion as we use whatsapp to discuss about things. It is good to have this CMC because we could communicate with people who is far from us, having a long distance learning and teaching somebody through CMC so that we could have a better communication in the future.

ENTRY 2: CALL

Assalamualaikum and hi guys. How are you? I hope all of you are fine. So today, I would like to share something that i have learned during my internet class. I would like to talk about CALL. Maybe most of you did not know what is CALL.  CALL is an application an a term that used mostly by people in teaching and learning. In other words, CALL is a COMPUTER ASSISTED LANGUAGE LEARNING. Actually, I have learned about CALL during my diploma years where i had to create an exercise for the learning using the CALL application. It was a fun application for teaching.  This application able to improve students language when they tried to use it. It is because CALL is focus more on the language learning so that students able to improve their language to better way. It comes with a different form of learning styles. Students able to play games while learning, do exercises with interesting pictures and so on. I would like to conclude that, CALL is the best application mostly for teachers who wanna make their exercises look more interesting and entertaining so that students will never be bored when they learned in the class.
